The Once and Future Adventures of Philo

The Graphic Novel

In defiance of Newton’s laws of gravity and acknowledgment of the generous latitude granted cartoonists, Philo falls through a spacetime trap door at the bottom of one of the panels that frames his 1974 comic strip and plummets into the pivotal role of this graphic novel.

Philo's intrusion creates subtle distortions in spacetime. He discovers that reality is defined by how language, in large part, influences our perceptions of the world and our sense of what is possible.

The apprenticing “Less-Than-Perfect” gods live and work aboard a jury rigged ark. Their efforts to achieve "tenured" status leads to an invention that just might save the world. However, like all world-changing innovations this one comes re-equipped with at least one double-edged sword.
